I'm a PGA Associate working through the PGA Professional Golf Management (PGM) program. The coursework covers the full business of golf, from teaching and player development to operations and the Rules.
The PGA world isn't new to me. I managed marketing, partnerships, and foundation programs at the Southwest PGA, and I've worked tournament week at the PGA Tour's Charles Schwab Cup Championship. Working toward PGA membership ties all of it together. I'm also PGA HOPE certified, which means I can help introduce golf to veterans through the PGA's military program.
What I'm focused on
- Completing my PGM coursework and work experience activities
- Growing as a teacher through junior coaching
- Learning the operational side of running a golf facility
